Turquoise Polymer Clay Dragon

I bought Christi Friesen´s ([link]) wonderful Dragon sculpting book yesterday, and made five of these little guys already. I am soo in love with them!

This is the second one I made. I already uploaded a pic of this buddy last night, but here is a different view. I spent more than an hour trying to take a picture of him, but he was even grumpier than last night and really drove me nuts, until I took him outside, where I finally got a decent shot.

Eyes are made of faceted glass beads, I also added some rocailles and other glass beads. Rest is polymer clay/Fimo. Size: 5 x7 cm.

I got a brand new mini oven as a birthday gift, and the dragons were the first things I baked in there. Not a good idea. Despite an oven thermometer, the dragons in the back got considerably darker. Oh well. I would have been more annoyed if some beads had been burned, though, and the dragons seem to have a will of their own anyway
